With intensive care, we utilize high-quality packaging so that the package arrives at your doorstep in optimal condition. We also take preventive measures for fragile items as well.

3. Delivery

Our professionals strive hard to deliver your product efficiently and timely. Once the order starts to be prepared and gets packed we promptly try to deliver. For  Lahore it will take only 3 working days to reach you/ destination. For other cities, it will reach within 5 to 7 working days. We have a robust network with courier or shipping partners best known for timely delivery. With the reflux of orders and unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may vary. Orders booked in advance Payment will be delivered in 2 to 4 working days.

4. Receiving

Stay relaxed. You will be receiving your order, it’s a great experience. You can check the packaging against any signs of damage, inspect it. Moreover, If you notice any issues with the packaging such as it’s torn or broken you can refuse to have it right away. Give it back to the rider if it hasn’t been safely delivered to you or wrong items received.

5. Easy Refund Policy

Please note that if you receive the exact product you ordered, it will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. However, if your order arrives damaged, with torn packaging, or incorrect, please keep the product in its original condition. Our team will assess the issue and assist you with a return. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery; beyond this timeframe, no requests will be entertained. If the claim is verified, we will dispatch a replacement with free delivery. In special cases where a refund is requested, the amount will be credited to the customer's account within a minimum of 10 working days.
